All Veris products are designed to be worn under make-up, except the

Will I sunburn more easily when using Veris products?


No. but with any skin care regimen, you should avoid sun exposure as much as possible and use Veris Natural Mineral Sun Block when necessary.



What should I do if I get Veris products in my eyes?


If you accidentally get any one of the Veris products in your eye, begin to flush with cool water and call a physician if necessary.



What should I do if I ingest any of the Veris products?


It is recommended that you call your local physician in the event of accidental ingestion, even though we have gone through extensive manufacturing safety testing.



How should I store Veris products?


Do not put Veris products in direct sunlight and minimize a prolonged exposure to the open air. Store Veris products in a cool, dry area.



What is the advantage of using the VeriSystem?


The advantage of using the VeriSystem is all of the Veris products are designed to be used in concert. By using the VeriSystem, we feel that you can achieve optimal results for more youthful looking skin.

As with any new skin care products, we suggest that you first conduct a “patch” test prior to using Veris products as directed. If you experience discomfort and/or a rash like effect, rinse thoroughly and consult your physician if necessary. What kind of results can I expect from Veris products?


While individual results may vary, with use of the full line of Veris products you will see noticeable results in approximately thirty days. From finer lines, to natural radiant looking skin, Veris products give you youthful results without using needles.

What form of payment does Veris accept?

When is my credit/debit card charged?


You credit/debit card is charged immediately at purchase.



Do you charge sales tax?


No. except orders shipped to the state of Georgia.



When will the order be shipped?


At Veris we try to ship credit card and debit card orders same day if in by 2 pm. EST. All orders after 2 pm. should be shipped the next day.



If I am unhappy with any product, how do I get a refund?


If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the unused portion for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are older than 30 days will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for ten or more of the same item. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return. All other returns of the same item must be in the original factory-sealed packaging for a refund.



How do I return the product?


Instructions for returning merchandise:

1. Please use sturdy packaging, especially for unopened items that you are returning.
2. Include a copy of the invoice from your original order please provide us with the reason for your return or exchange. For exchanges please indicate the item you actually want.

Typically, you will receive a check for a refund 60 to 90 days following our receiving the product.
